Ich persönlich nutze seit längerer Zeit XWindowDock(zip) von Aqua.
Mit RocketDock bekommt man eine weitere wirklich nette Dockbar für Windows, mit der es sogar möglich ist, das Layout komplett seines WinThemes anzupassen. Eine wirklich gelungende Anpassung des Desktops kann man sich ja mal hier anschauen, auch hier wird die RocketDock genutzt.
Na mal ausprobieren…
Es gibt schon etlich viele Skins zum einstellen und auf Deutsch ist das Ganze auch verfügbar.
